Job Overview

Moves Media is looking for 3 Ambassadors to help facilitate guests loading onto shuttle buses. A private music festival is being held in Stanley Park. Guests will be offered a free shuttle upon leaving the venue. The shuttle staff will oversee and aide the loading of guests onto the shuttles and manage the vehicles entering and exiting Stanley Park. 

Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering shuttles 
• Manage flow of buses
• Greet guests entering shuttles 
• Facilitate orderly entrance to buses
• Help drivers do head counts to confirm when bus is at capacity 
• Assist managing traffic and maintaining orderly line ups

Additional Details 

Staff will be required to attend a 30 minute virtual training session to go over the event details, job responsibilities, and answer any questions about the position. The event is one night only and will be complete by midnight. There may be requirements to stay up until 1am depending on the volume of people leaving the venue.
