The Moves Media team joined the largest tent and event rental companies in British Columbia (Apex Tent Rentals) to capture the process of setting up one of the largest outdoor tents on the market. This 20,000sqf tent took 4 days to put together. Trucks brought in poles, hinges, beams, and all the necessary parts. The Apex team then used a variety of heavy duty machinery to assemble to massive tent.

Our team set up multiple cameras to capture time lapse of the process. We also sent our drones in the air to capture the transformation this mighty structure had on the location it was being erected.

Using a few different techniques the primary objective was to showcase this elaborate tent for potential clients interested in tent rentals to see what the tent looks like and it’s impressive size for events that need cover.
